Assessment
Our experts conduct a comprehensive on-site security assessment of current security processes (key controls, security force manning levels, personnel and vehicle identification, visitor controls, etc.), procedures (safety and emergency) and equipment (vehicles, electronic access controls, alarm systems, radio/surveillance systems, etc.). We also assess facility and environmental characteristics (perimeter controls and lighting), identifying potential vulnerabilities.
Custom Strategic Security Plans
After we thoroughly understand a customer’s needs, challenges, current security protocols, goals and budget, Command Security customizes a strategic security plan. Strategic security plans detail proposed strategies; personnel and staffing needs and equipment recommendations. We also provide a comprehensive budget and implementation strategy. Solutions are flexible, adaptable and engineered to meet customer needs.
Management Team
Once the security solution has been approved, we handpick a management team. Our managers are career professionals with extensive backgrounds in contract security management, the military, law enforcement and corporate security. They bring established relationships with the local law enforcement community and work to adjust priorities to specific and changing customer needs.
Operational Team
Our management team then identifies a staff of security officers and operational personnel. All personnel hired by Command Security meet our rigorous requirements for employment including: extensive training and experience, screening for drug and criminal history, comprehensive personal and professional reference checks, verification with previous employers, documentation review and face-to-face interviews.
